We can work on self-confidence, life direction, decisions, relationships, boundaries, recurring situations, inner tension, worries, or any other topic that's affecting your life right now.
Choose whether you want to work online or in person, experience a change while working with a horse, or dedicate three intense days to it.
Individual 1:1 consultation
When you want more clarity about what you're going through and what you need to change
You don't need to know in advance exactly what's causing it or what solution you're looking for.
You can come with a specific situation, an important decision, or a topic that keeps coming up. You can also come with just a feeling that something in your life isn't working, that you don't know which way to go, or that you want to better understand what you're going through right now.
Together we'll name what matters to you right now, what's keeping you stuck, and what next step might make sense.
The consultation can take place online or in person, by prior arrangement.

Individual session with a horse
When you don't just want to talk about change, but experience it
Working with a horse lets you see your reactions in practice and immediately try out a different way of communicating, leading, setting boundaries, or gaining cooperation.
The topic doesn't have to be about communication or leadership only. You can bring any situation, decision, or area of life you want to work on.
There's no riding involved and no prior experience is needed.

Three-day retreat with horses
When you want to step out of your daily routine and dive fully into change
Three days of practical work with horses and without them, where you won't stop at what you already know about yourself.
In a small group, you'll get the space to look at your reactions, try a different way of acting, and take home an experience you can return to in everyday life.
