You notice others’ needs before your own
You often sense what others need, but only become aware of your own needs when you are tired, irritated or disappointed.

Recognise your needs, boundaries, automatic reactions and recurring patterns. Practical experience with a horse lets you practise standing up for yourself and building relationships where you can remain true to who you are.
Choose the right optionYou often sense what others need, but only become aware of your own needs when you are tired, irritated or disappointed.
You give in at the moment, but later regret not saying what you really wanted or what did not feel right.
You know your boundaries, but you worry about the other person’s reaction or feel the need to explain and justify your decision at length.
Even though you already know what you want to do differently, in the moment the familiar automatic reaction takes over again.
You easily start wondering whether you did something wrong or whether you have the right to stand by your decision.
You spend a long time thinking about what you should have said or done differently. Instead of calm, more uncertainty and inner pressure arrive.
If you recognised yourself in at least one of these situations, an experience with a horse can help you understand what is happening inside you and what you need to start doing differently.
A horse responds to the way you act directly and without judgement. This helps you understand your reactions, notice what already works for you and try other ways of acting in practice.
Working with a horse, you can notice qualities you already have – such as sensitivity, patience, calm, decisiveness or the ability to build trust. The horse’s response helps you see these strengths, accept them and use them more confidently in relationships and everyday life.
With a horse you learn to sense your feelings, body reactions and needs before they turn into tension, fatigue or a sharp reaction. This lets you respond more calmly in everyday situations and make decisions more in line with yourself.
In a real situation you can observe whether you tend to give in, push, control or wait for someone else’s approval. You get the chance to recognise your usual way of acting and try a different response that you can bring into your personal life and relationships.
You learn to recognise the moment when tension, uncertainty or frustration starts to grow. With a horse you can try how to come back to yourself, adjust your energy and choose a way of acting that matches what you really want.
The experience with a horse lets you see the effect of your decisions right in the situation. Step by step you confirm that you can take in feedback, adjust your approach and still keep trust in your own ability to decide.
With a horse you can practise defining your space and showing clearly what is and is not okay. You learn to be firm and clear without aggression, over-explaining or apologising for your boundaries.
A horse responds to whether your request is readable and your actions clear. This experience helps you say what you need, express disagreement without attacking and communicate so that the other person does not have to guess what is going on inside you.
All options offer a practical experience with a horse, space for your own self-discovery and a transfer of the principles you gain into everyday life. They differ in the length of the programme and the scope of services included.
