About Me
I found the key to life satisfaction in self-knowledge
For a long time I thought I'd be happy once I had the right relationship, enough money, freedom, and a life that looked good from the outside.
Materially, I was doing well. I lacked nothing essential, I had a beautiful relationship and the chance to travel. Yet I still didn't feel real satisfaction inside.
I kept chasing something. I felt I had to prove to myself and others that I was good enough and could handle even more. I believed that the more I worked, the more I'd earn, and the more valuable I'd become.
I often adapted myself because I wanted others to be happy. I didn't understand why people reacted differently than I expected, and I took their behavior personally. When a problem came up, I quickly fell into emotion, dramatized the situation, and asked myself:
"Why does this keep happening to me?"
On the outside I was strong, independent and capable. Inside, though, I didn't know how to truly hold myself up.
Turning points
Two events that changed my life
My journey to self-knowledge didn't start with a book or a course. It started much earlier, with two events that fundamentally shaped how I see life.
When I was thirteen, I was in a serious car accident in which my father died. My mother was briefly in a coma and then spent six months in hospital. I spent several months in a wheelchair and lived with neighbors while she was hospitalized.
At twenty-three, another loss came. A person beside whom I had started to feel closeness, safety and love again passed away.
Both experiences were traumatic and shaped the way I saw myself, relationships and the world around me. In many ways I grew up very fast. In others, I stopped developing naturally. I learned to survive, to be strong and rely only on myself. But I didn't know how to live with ease, trust life, or build inner safety.
After the second loss, I ran all the way to Australia. I believed that enough distance and a fresh start would change what was happening inside me too.
It didn't.
It was in Australia that I understood: wherever I go, I always bring myself along. And that's where my real journey to self-knowledge began.
A new beginning
I started learning to live differently
Gradually I learned to understand my own mind, emotions and how they react to life. I started noticing my patterns, took more responsibility for my decisions, and stopped waiting for a sense of security to come from outside.
Little by little, I discovered a simpler, lighter way of living. Not one without problems, but one where each problem no longer has to break me apart inside.
I learned to:
- keep my self-control even in emotionally charged situations,
- handle my life, energy and money responsibly,
- recognize what I truly want versus what I only do to meet others' expectations,
- trust my own perception and intuition,
- consciously decide where I put my energy,
- openly and respectfully say what I need,
- step out of familiar safety once it stops supporting me.

A shift in perspective
Life isn't happening against me
The biggest change came when I stopped asking:
"Why does this keep happening to me?"
and started asking:
"What is this situation showing me, and how can I grow from it?"
I understood that life doesn't have to happen against me. It can happen for me.
That doesn't mean denying pain, excusing others' behavior, or claiming that everything bad is secretly good. It means not staying helplessly stuck in what I can't change, and instead looking for what I can influence.
Every challenge, discomfort or obstacle can teach me to trust myself more. It can lead me to step out of my comfort zone, make a brave decision, or finally say:
"Not like this anymore. Now I want to do it differently."
That's when I understood that I hold my own life in my own hands.
What shapes me
I believe in life we either win, or we learn something
We can't control everything that happens to us. But we can control how we react to it, what we take away from the experience, and what step we take next.
That's why I believe that in life we either win, or we learn something that moves us forward. We don't have to lose.
To me, healthy self-confidence doesn't mean we never doubt ourselves, never make mistakes, or have everything under control. It means we can lean on ourselves even when things don't go the way we imagined.
Self-knowledge helps us know who we are, where we're headed, and what we no longer want to support in our lives. It lets us act more calmly, decide more consciously, and build relationships based on openness, trust and mutual respect.
And that's exactly what I pass on today.
My work
What helped me, I pass on to others
I offer people the practical experience, perspectives and tools that helped me change the way I relate to myself and to life.
I don't tell people how they should live. I help them get to know themselves better, see their own possibilities, and find a way that fits them.
In my work I combine self-knowledge, work with the mind and emotions, personal responsibility and real, felt experience. It's not just about a moment of insight for me. What matters is that a person can carry that new understanding into their decisions, communication, relationships, work and leadership.
Because it's not enough to know what we want to change. We also need to learn to live and act differently when pressure, uncertainty or real-life situations arrive.

How I work
I notice even what you quickly move past
When you say something and immediately move on, I can stop you right there, at what you just said.
Not to explain what's wrong with you. But because it's exactly in moments like these that we often overlook our own need, value, boundary or answer.
I listen, I ask, and I offer a different perspective. I don't judge you, and I don't take away your responsibility for your own life.
What matters to me is that, next to me, you:
- don't have to prove anything,
- feel that I truly see you,
- can speak the truth even when you're not sure of it,
- don't lose your own autonomy,
- arrive at your own answer, not the answer I would pick for you.
My vision
Life satisfaction grows out of how well we know ourselves
My vision is to show people that life satisfaction doesn't come only from what we can acquire or build. It grows out of how well we know ourselves. How we handle our mind, emotions, energy and decisions. How we're able to stand behind ourselves while remaining human, open and respectful.
I want to help people build healthy self-confidence and inner stability, so they can live a richer, more fulfilling life — not someday, once circumstances are perfect, but right now.
Because once we know who we are, we stop spending our whole life chasing a feeling we can start creating inside ourselves.
Working together
I won't teach you how to live
I'll offer you a safe, practical space where you can see your situation more clearly, hear your own answer, and try out what it's really like to act on it. The responsibility and the final decision always stay with you.
You can arrange a talk for your team or community with me, or choose one of the collaborations you'll find among my services — online consultations, self-knowledge with horses, and multi-day retreats.
